Rap music has made it to where a black man has to be a baller, player, popular type with swag and drip.

It's harder for a black man to be "normal" in comparison to other groups of men. A whiteboy or Asian can wear Walmart gear and still pull a decent woman , whereas it's way harder for a black guy.

Swag , style and drip are put on more of a pedistel in the black community than others.

Women of other groups , haven't been programmed and conditioned to value "swag" like black women have, generally speaking.

I've heard Mexican men (millennials who were born and raised here, NOT middle aged paisas) in LA making the same complaints about their women as black men. When women of different cultures share close proximity they will influence each other.
