Not sure why you said it's a result of "racism" tho....that part confused me.
It's a result of hip-hop/ rap culture.
Rap music has made it to where a black man has to be a baller, player, popular type with swag and drip.
It's harder for a black man to be "normal" in comparison to other groups of men. A whiteboy or Asian can wear
Walmart gear and still pull a decent woman , whereas it's way harder for a black guy.
Swag , style and drip are put on more of a pedistel in the black community than others.
Women of other groups , haven't been programmed and conditioned to value "swag" like black women have, generally speaking.
