i have some actual wolves. there is no 'giving it your arm.' a wolf can bite through a man's arm or any bone easily. the only chance you have is to train some form of combat art that grants you the strength/conviction to either smother it instantly with superior weight or lift it, even with a broken fukked up arm and snap its back over your knee like bane did batman in the dark knight rises. if you can't do one of those, then you will perish.
