He would have been the patron saint of the shiny suit era, the late 90's was tailored for a rapper of Biggies skillset, that could be commercial and street at the drop of a dime. Plus Biggie would collabo heavy with the R and B acts of the time. Mary J Blige, 702, Destiny's Child, TLC, Kellz was right in the middle of his prime. East Coast rap in general being the giant it was.
