When his defense forces a turnover inside the opponent's 30, Russell is pretty much a lock to have you settle for 3 (unless he gets himself sacked out of FG range).

These aren't even the only 2 games, just the most recent ones. His average starting field position v. the Redskins was at midfield and he did virtually nothing v. the Cowboys. Remember when he had a few timeouts and 2 minutes to drive 80 yards down the field to answer Romo's score and couldn't get anything going? Yes, us non-stans do.

Yeah, and Maning was trash against St Louis, Brady against Chiefs/Dolphins, Rodgers against the Lions, Brees in half of the Saints games this season and so on... It also probably doesnt help him at all that his receivers are mediocre or that his O-Line is constantly injured and is the most penalized in the league... He is not perfect, but he is only in his third year and on a 8-4 team
