As a cowboys fan, I can say this. Kellen moore probably possessed the weakest arm ive ever witnessed. But he kept a spot on the team as a back-up cause of his ability in the film room. Romo and Dak liked having him there to dissect film. I think Brandon Weeden is the same way. Nice asset off the field but god forbid you have to use them. Most of these cats are just prepping for coaching. For some reasons these bum journeymen make decent coaches.
