Before Roy came back to play against Dallas in the playoffs he knew his knees were degenerative and he just wanted to play since he never knew if his team would be in that position again.

By the time he had the meniscus surgery that he came back early on, that was his 5th or 6th surgery since high school. He knew he was gonna be done soon he wanted to ball while he still had something left.
