Does anyone really accept the default version of Commander Shepard without changing his face? Not sure its fair to include him here.

Im curious to know what yall think she is. Or if she don't look like lupita nyong'o then she aint black.
Even in games where you can customize the character, the "face" of the game is usually white, including Shepherd. He's depicted as a white man in the marketing, the cover of the game, and the default character model.
Never really paid attention to the cover before, but you're right.
