to let yall know I was being sarcastic, if u banned u should stay banned no second third or 10th chances. I just learned that banned people can come back, their nasty crimes are seemingly washed away and we dnt get a say in their re-entering. THIS IS SUM MOTHERFUKKIN BULLSHYT!!!!
