Had it not been for the horrendous technical issues, FO: NV >> FO3. Fallout 3 felt more grimy for some reason, though.

if you have the newest patch its non existant. What I don't understand is how people can say fo3 is the better game when the story isn't as good,less weapons, no customizable weapons, bad voice actors, every subway tunnel looks the same imo and the companion side stories and interactions makes it even worth the while.
