God Himself came down here in the flesh and SUFFERED. They COMPLETELY shyt on Jesus.

Whether, you are Godlike or not....the human condition involves a great deal of suffering not only within yourself....but we each have brought suffering to those around us at one point or another.

Your own mother suffered to give you life.

nikkas in the Western world with Internet access and clean drinking water and a variety of other luxuries widely available need to hop off it. Most of us have NO idea what TRUE suffering even is.

Be fukked up if you want....but it's not because someone or something did you wrong. If you break....it's your own weakness. Nothing more...nothing less.

I'd choose to stay strong and kind.
Solely for the purpose of discussion, what do you consider to be suffering?

Sparking blunts in the shade.
Which God we talking about?

Whoever you choose to kneel to.

You coming across uncomfortable nikka. Agnostic is on the way to God...we all got different paths and different questions.

I answered the hypothetical question posed. :dame: good thread.

I'm very comfortable, but I can't stand when religious people say shyt like that. I don't know about a deity and that's where it ends.

You did answer my question and I agree. You just got to preaching with your point so I let you know where I stood.:yeshrug:

Good to see you back btw.

- growing up in poverty or lower-middle class
- be brainwashed by society (media) growing up about what is right and wrong
- going to school for a useless degree because of parents' influence and not knowing what to do with your life
- get married and restrict yourself to one woman for the rest of your life. lose all freedom because if she divorces you she takes half and the kids.
- get a mortgage (now you're a slave to your job to make monthly payments)
- have kids before you're financially ready so now you have to get a second job to afford necessities (lose complete control of your time)
- save what you have left for retirement and have nothing leftover to enjoy yourself in your prime years
- make it to retirement but you're falling apart and don't have the energy (or time) to do what you really wanted to with your life

Oh. Cause some Gods if my studies are correct can be reasoned or bargained with.

Regardless if you are a Christian or not, the story of Job is very apt to this conversation.
Many people draw inspiration from it, many people are terrified of the possibility of it.

I think it is a great story and goes into characters mindsets in a way that other biblical stories do not.

Was all that for me? The Gods I believe in wouldn't do that to me. But if I became a b*stard it may be used to balance out the scales.

Pain that is not deserved or earned.
Separation from the Most High.
All forms of genuine or imagined fear.
Isolation from the true purposes or natural needs of your being.

Set it up I got some anger to work out

Who created anger?
