Underground hip hop really set the game on fire in 2000s. Theres bout 10-15 classics that people dont even know like that, never mind the really big albums. 2000s was dope. Not like 2010s.

There's probably a lot of shyt that I haven't heard, but I've tried my best to listen to all the albums people talk about from the 2000s and at the most there might be like 15-20 you could call classic, personally it's around 10 or under

Make aure to liaten to evwry album in my top 6. 3 of those are confirmed classic by everywhere.

Chicago might be the city with the most classics in the 2000's

I've heard them all except for the Blacktrash joint, I know about it but just never got around to listening to that one

Supreme Clientele and Madvillainy are both classics but personally I don't think Cold Vein/Realness are. They're both really good albums just not classics to me

And this is probably the unpopular opinion but Renaissance is my least favorite Q-Tip album :yeshrug:I love Kamaal the Abstract tho :whew: - still wouldn't call that classic either

I respect it though, I've seen a lot of people call Cold Vein classic especially

i thought about this today when i heard this song on the radio :lawd::blessed::stylin:

I was in Lounge of Three a few weeks ago, and the DJ dropped this track all of a sudden.... Everyone was :ohlawd: Hadn't heard this track in a minute.

Album isn't classic though. It has its dull moments.

Also, can't name 25. Not even close.

1.supreme clientele
2.the lost tapes(reach)
3.eh...

Accurate :ehh:
