TSC wants people to love Roman and hate Dean so bad. 
I boo Robot Reigns simply cause I don't like the guy, I don't like how he still uses the Shield theme/attire/gimmick, I don't like how WWE are ignoring the boos and they're stubborness to turn him heel, and I just don't connect/care about Robot Reigns. Not gonna mention his mic skills or in ring ability, I just don't care about him and whenever he's on my screen I get bored instantly.

You're right about the fans rarely choosing the guy, and that Roman is actually pretty good as a worker.
Part of it is that booking hasn't put him in a position to get cheered, but more than that he seems to have a naturally heelish personality and they're fighting hard against it when they should just make him the top heel.

Including what test should have been.
before test had a brilliant match for steph's honor wth Shane and crushed the building.
till he was buried and had his spirit and life crushed as a result.
When he was the original new diesel.
Before hhh was given the ball after the taker stare down set in motion his son in law push.
So, it is a combo of just bad cut n past booking but outside that..
Roman is promising if used better and allowed to make his moveset wider with psychology to the character and power moves that make sense.
So, imo reigns will eventually get there.
As I feel the way the WWE booked him and who he is related to.
Eventually he will figure out what to do all together.

He can't be the top heel in this current WWE because roman would need a manager/mouth piece and his character is limited because of the shield.
As the WWE will only give the top heel spot to the best all around talent in a sports entertainment ideal.

If he's cutting the right kind of promos he can be top heel. His promos now are trash, because they have him trying to cut Cena promos and he can't pull that off.
I think he's genuinely arrogant by some of his interviews, and if they ran with that and had him attack fans booing him it would get over.
They made Rollins top heel for a long time, and he basically only got heat by saying a city/local sports team sucked or insulting the fans. With Roman the fans already don't like him.
