Both are undeniable classics. However I will give a slight nod to liquid swords because.

1. GZA was lyrically ahead of rae and ghost on liquid swords

2. No batman for him he handled the majority of the album dolo.

3. Liquid swords flows more cohesively than cuban linx. Cuban linx has a theme and production that follows the highs and lows of street life. Liquid Swords is dark and somber from start to finish

OB4CL is the #2 OAT greatest hip-hop album

Liquid Swords is the GOAT

But I don't care tbh it could really go either way, but definitely Liquid Swords for me.

It's really amazing though how arguably one of the greatest mafioso verses, as @mobbinfms alluded to the other day, is actually on Liquid Swords as opposed to the conceptually driven OB4CL. Killah Hills 10304.

Both perfect albums.

they are kinda similar albums though

and as I said, some parts of Liquid Swords has Mafioso elements, the song Killah Hills 10304 sounds like it could have been an OB4CL track

both revolve around street crime, except OB4CL plays more to the actual realised Mafioso monikers they made for themselves e.g. Lou Diamonds, Maxmillion, Tony Starks etc. and Liquid Swords does touch more on some other themes like religion

Vaudaville Villian is probably the closest thing to liquid swords in terms of uniqueness.
