im a bay nikka through n through but i always will fukk wit la ( i got fam out there) but LA traffic is to much for me and the females is beyond extra when it dont call for it but i fukk wit the culture out there. hopefully we have anotha allstar game or big mayweather fight so we can take ova vegas

San Diego probably the GOAT city in America overall 
Bay traffic is ranked worse than LA traffic now.. la traffic dont bother me whenever i stay downtown LA i feel like I can go any where i really want in under 30 minutes.
In the bay you basically gotta plan your day around traffic

Like the Reddit thread in OP, I say "California" over anything else, I'm from Sacramento but partially grew up in LA and as an adult spent about equal time between both Sac and LA...
NorCal has its gems but is inferior to SoCal. LA is the greatest city in the country (with DC a close second) so LA carries SoCal here...

I love how these threads never talk about the shyt people NEED to know. i.e. job opportunities, demographics, racial disparities, which areas are good for black people (cuz I'm assuming we're all black) etc. Point and case, I moved to Miami when I was younger only to find out damn near every job wants you to be bilingual, pretty much every job pays lower than everywhere else, while rent increases every year. Outside of the tourist areas and beaches miami was a giant shythole, the police are dangerous, drivers are reckless and traffic is insane.
I swear you can't take the internet seriously ever. Usually the more pessimistic/negative posts tend to be the most accurate while everyone goes on about "OMG the beaches, women, weather, weed and food
