Ginger ale is cool and all...Ginger beer is the truth though..and nothing beats home made ginger beer with real ginger root.Strong taste,spicy as fukk but still sweet enough to have a second..and a third glass..saltfish,fried cassave and a glass of this nectar is like coming home..
