We see things differently when it comes to what dark skin really is. To me, Nafeesa Williams is dark skin, but the girl from Grownish has a different skin tone(lighter). I'm pretty sure the Grownish chick is mixed too.

There’s no such thing as brownskin being in a class of its own. There’s lightskin and darkskin. If you’re brownskin you are a darkskin woman.

Nafessa williams is a darkskin regardless if you think her shade of brown(a dark color) is lighter than somebody elses.
