you think sandow is better than cesaro IN THE RING? no way.
maybe as an overall package you could make the argument for sandow. he's good in the ring and REALLY solid on the mic.
but i think with the right gimmick cesaro's ceiling would be higher. he's unfukwitable right now inside that ring. sandow i can't buy against someone like lesnar, cesaro i could.
He's great in ring he might be able to get the IC belt off Owens.
But the promo and star power to be in the main event just isn't there i don't think.

I think they may try to go thru with the Steve Austin vs Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania because I expect fukkery when he's on the podcast
In a shoot Brock would kill Steve Austin but Steve Austin is a legend and is presented as a badasss who gives no fukks so its all in how you present someone
They could make Sandow and Brock work if they presented it right or anyone vs Brock for that matter

the star power is definitely there. he's one of the most over guys they have and he comes off the f'n bench. guy got over strictly on in ring work and because ppl love watching him wrestle.
brock lesnar is a D-level promo at best and he still reached the top.

nothing i have ever seen from sandow indicates to me that he could hang in there with brock, although then again i am basing this on his work as the intellectual savior. that style was not suitable for the main event. with the right gimmick who knows what he could pull out of his ass. guy is really talented.
austin v. brock at mania would be fukkin insane. pretty much just ape the storyline from rocky 6. the old timer coming back for one last fight. imagine austin and heyman going at it with no leash. part of me doesn't even want this to happen because i am more afraid of wwe just pissing all over it and putting on a failing effort.
austin would have to take the L though, and heyman would have to take a stunner.
Lesnar is by far the best athlete in the history of Wrestling and had Heyman his entire career for promo.
He's so dominant that when he sells moves you know it's only for the money and seems forced like against Punk.
Lenar vs Cena at SummerSlam last year is basically the only great moment for WWE since the attitude era.

I thought the match looked really fake like Brock was going out his way to sell for Punk and it looked forced.
I actually thought Brock sold just enough to make this years WM Main Event with Reigns a good match.

So Benoit's rumble performance, Eddie winning the title, their curtain call at WM 20, Austin wrestling his last match in a classic against the rock, HBK coming back and giving 3 classics in 2002 alone, rock vs hogan, mysterio going an hour in the rumble, Jeff hardy winning the title for the first time, RVD winning the title, Michaels against Flair at mania 24, punk's shoot and title win in Chicago, and Bryan winning the title last year in New Orleans all sucked?
I forget when the attitude era ended sometimes i should have just said the last 10 years.
