:upsetfavre: Do you really think the AFC will be that much easier in the coming years?
I don't know what the future holds. But Luck wasn't "exposed" today. That team is ordinary and he and his team played as I expected. Didn't matter who was quarterbacking that team today

Again...Cam faced the Cardinals defense...not a qb. That qb vs qb matchup is just trash.

And compare Cams numbers to ARod & Manning facing the Seahawks D. They all look similar yet "let's shyt on Cam."

:childplease:
The QB matchup is not that important, but the Cardinals offense was at a major disadvantage.

I'm not shytting on Cam. His playoff record is just less impressive than Luck's at this point.

The qb vs qb matchup doesn't EXIST....period. That's just dumb as sports talk.

Bottomline, both these guys are not 1/4th into their careers and you guys are so pressed for these "I said it first" narrative

No, I think today more than proved that most top 10-15 QBs will still win with the Seahawks. Think about it he threw 4 picks and they still held the team to only 19 and were still in it. I'm not calling Wilson a gamemanager but this game proves that all you need to do is just manage the game properly, don't turn it over and they'll win. There's a reason why when the defense was playing bad earlier in the year they weren't winning. Just look at Wilson's stats in the games they lost this year. He played pretty well in some of those games.

VS San Diego:

17/25 202yds, 2TD, 0INt but they lost b/c the defense gave up 30

VS St Louis:

23/36 313yds, 2TD, 0Int. 106 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD but they still lost

VS KC:
20/32 178yds, 2TD, 0int. 71 rushing yards but they still lost

YET he can put up these numbers against the Giants AND the Seahwaks still win by 21.

10/17, 172 yds, 0TDs and 2Int. He did have 100 rushing yds and a rushing Td to offset it a little.

Wilson is good in his own right but he doesn't have to do much for this team. It takes alot of pressure off of him and makes his job much easier. Tony Romo, Peyton Manning [ie. players considered "chokers"] would probably win 5 super bowls with this team. How many times can either of those players throw a Int in the last 5 minutes of a game while down 12 and still be in a position to win?

I hear ya, BUT there's some QB's who are great in certain team situations.

Romo, Manning aren't very effective without really good WR's. That's just a fact. So I can't say they'd win with this Seattle team throwing to Baldwin and Kearse; those guys get open b/c of Russ' ability to buy time. It's arguable that Manning/Romo wouldnt have been in the hole like Russ was today, but it's also arguable that him tucking & running for 15-20 yards when necessary helped win the game for them, which is something Romo/Manning cannot really do. And both of them have had their sahre of multi INT games.

there's not even a simile or metaphor out there to explain how bad this running game is

And even though they got an elite receiver in Hilton and two great TEs, if Moncrief can keep building, that'd be the best for EVERYONE, other teams can double team Hilton bout all game long
