When at home, it's simplistic... butter, light salt, maybe some pepper....

Throughout the south and southwest, the loaded baked potatoes that most BBQ places sell are fire. They generally have your sour cream, cheese, chives and butter, but our potatoes come with chopped brisket....

Shredded cheese butter bacon and chopped chives

Bake em for about 5 mins, then you cut em up and throw em in some grease a couple minutes.

Lightly salt.
