Lets talk about Ben Mclemore and his struggles so far

I didn't see him a whole lot in college but from what I had heard he was supposed to be a lights out shooter.. I've watched just about every Kings game this year and I haven't seen it.. He's missing open shots, layups, dunks and even struggling dribbling the ball..

He's still a rook and the season is still young, he should turn it around, right??

He cant dribble floats too much and is very passive his strength was suppsoed to be his shot and athletic ability if he cant shoot great in the pros hes uslesss

I saw several of his games in Kansas and never got the hype. He looked mad average in kansas

I think he's going through a crazy mental adjustment right now. He just looks shook out there. I think he'll be straight once (if) he gets his confidence together; I feel the same way about Anthony Bennett, except I don't think he'll end up being that nice even WHEN he gets his confidence together.

But his handle is weak he really cant create his own shot. He'll have to score coming off screens. He could be effective if used the right way but never a superstar

He has been absolute this season. Dude is about to go scoreless against the Lakers of all teams with Sacramento scoring 120+ and he's played about 30 minutes. Pathetic.

He did have a stretch in December where he played well when Vasquez was still around, but make no mistake this dude has been garbage.

He has zero confidence I noticed this when he was at Kansas. He has tendencies to just say fukk it.

I was hearing crazy talk that he was the next great 2guard and what not. I never saw any of that in Kansas because he didn't put the ball on the court. He was def overhyped.

Saying that, I have a tough time believing he is as bad as he is. He is mentally adjusting to the NBA so I would give him time.

I def didn't watch him in Kansas but god damn he's shown nothing this year and he's had every chance to. His shot form is not a issue either it's def mental, I hope they sign somebody to take his starting spot next season.
