:comeon:lets not act like the collar bone injuries played a huge role in this and help lead to his demons, Charles was showing promise before he got sidelined.

Exactly...he mentally disintegrated after re-breaking his clavicle. Up until then he was just a weed head.

I remember his rookie year, where he put up NUMBERS the first few games. All of us at school were like --- yup: He're comes a hall of fame career....dont believe me just watch

First 2 NFL catches went for TD's. :wow:

It was all downhill after that.
Yeah that 1st game of the season with 2 tds, I was :blessed: thinking we had something

in all fairness, Roy Williams had 2 solid seasons with Jon Kitna...it's his stint in Dallas and in hindsight how one sided that trade was made him look like total shyt.

thirsty ass Dallas gave up a 1st,3rd,and 6th to a team that ended up 0-16.... all cause they felt they needed a solid #2 (which all Roy truly was) to pair with Miles Austin to win big.

him acting like he was still at Texas trying to hoe Dez into carrying his pads, and being a average ass receiver got his entire life shyt on.
I remember him gaving one great season and the rest being average. But even at the time with the potential he showed I never though that he was worth all that gave up for him. Especially in retrospect when receivers like Percy Harvin Kenny Britt and Hakeem Nicks were available around where we would have drafted.

In all fairness, Jerry Jones keeps striking out because he's thinking like an NBA GM. He thinks that the only talent comes from veterans. In the NFL that is not true. There are some great veterans. But more importantly, there are great rookies that enter the league every year. The college product provides a great source of fresh talent to the NFL game. Its there. There is absolutely no reason to recycle veterans.

Jerry needs to bring in a real GM but we know he never will. It's a shame that our line is still in disarray the last few years with his failure to address it in the draft.
