I had a distance coach when I ran track during high school that was a piece of shyt. Dude was one of those guys who did the sport when he was in high school but sucked ass so he would coach his four kids like he was trying to make up for lost glory. They were in elementary school doing our workouts with us

His middle daughter made up for his shortcomings though but she was a whore according to my college teammates
He would try to run with us during our long run days , purposely passing gas to be funny
None of his workouts made sense. Like fukker would be making us do sprint intervals the day before meets .
I suffered a hamstring injury while doing a 16×200meter workout in the rain while sharing the track for a middle school track meet.
Never kept my split times during races yet coaches from other schools did
As for the injury I had sophomore year, he made me run on it for the last three meets of the season because he didn't believe I was injured
Things got worse my Junior year. Half of his runners quit on him after the first meet of the season. I tried to make things work for the love of the sport but I couldn't do it anymore after I tore him a new one when he tried to say some slick shyt about my late father , who passed away six months prior. He worked with my dad for the Department of Corrections but my dad didn't know who the fukk he was and my pops knew EVERYONE at the Prison he worked at.
After I said my shyt , I realized his five year old son was right behind me the whole time. Little man went from

to

because even he knew his daddy wasn't shyt . I quit the team after that yet dude kept thinking I would come crawling back :cuzout:
Senior year I had the whole city buzzing after a breakout cross country season in the fall. Everyone was asking if I was going to run track like I was a 5 star recruit on a campus tour . I held my ground and didn't because it was no longer fun running for that greasyass cac .
Thankfully I went to a juco the following year that had a squad . So training on my own while sitting out my last high school year of track paid off after all.
He tried to patch things up with me at a 5k road race event seven years ago. I just chucked the deuce and kept it moving.
