I think "fukkin" served the theme of the song.
It had a purpose for being there, it accentuated the "I don't give

So now, the issue is that people don't really use the word considerably in the way that Nas did. Even though its technically correct usage of an adverb and makes perfect sense to everyone who hears it - its just not popular enough of a word for you?
