Meaning that people became their own version of O-Dog because nothing ever happens to him. How all the fukked up shyt happens to Cain but nothing ever happens to O-Dog after all the ignorant shyt he done? Look at Lauren London looking for her O-Dog or the posters in here that said that they knew people that became like him because of all the killing. Agreed. I won't say its not a classic or a good movie, but I always felt like it lacked something. The movie is really all over the place, and not enough time is really spent on Cain's transformation from decent kid with at least some sort of sense to a thugged out banger, robbing people and shyt. Felt like one minute he was Trey from Boyz and the next he's O-Dog

You're being silly. Everybody is good until they turn bad. Doesn't need a long drawn out plot to go from a to b. Movie starts of with O-Dog killing the clerk and robbing the store Cain wasn't distraught or anything really. Then they flash back to his youth, and he tells how his parnts were invoved in all kinds of fukkshyt. Cain was never "good" . He killed the guys who killed his cousin and shot him. Hardly a thugged out gang banger and was never close to being O-Dog or Trey.

People don't fukk with killers. O-Dog was a stone cold killer and everybody knew it, what exactly was supposed to happen to him? Besides that do you really think he evaded police capture? The police where on his heels.

Wasn't O-Dog apprehended by the cops at the end? I am almost positive that he was put into a police car in cuffs (he's wearing the same black sweatshirt from the drive-by scene). That is why he was so hesitant while Stacey was yelling for him to get help as Caine was fighting for his life.

an overrated hood movie. I go:dafuk: everytime someone mentions it in the same breath as menace or boyz. It is so over the top with bad acting/dialogue, especially watching it today. And before you say it was specific for its time period your wrong. That shyt looked goofy then. shyt is like a ghetto dikk tracy movie with all those silly outfits, haircuts, etc. New Jack City is trash
