yeah, i agree. this is something i've been really conscious of these past few months. ive pretty much given up pork and cut way back on beef/red meat.

Yeah man people have got to cut out all the Bacon/Beef (includes corned beef) ... any pork really

Problem is that people don't know exactly what Red meat is they think its just meat from cows and pigs.. but what they don't realise is that red meat is any meat that comes from a mammal.. that includes your lamb, mutton, goat..

Processed meat is also a problem because they add a lot of preservatives that cause health problems down the line

Even meat that isn't processed is a problem because they add a lot of nitrates into them (celery juice) and its been seen that sometimes these meats have more nitrates than processed meat

Even cooking your meat at higher temperatures than required is carcinogenic + not cleaning your stoves/ovens regularly and allowing all that coal to build up, so the next time you cook the coal emissions (which is also bad) is more than it should be

I mean with meat its more about being moderate with your consumption. Its people out here consuming way over 100g of meat a day and that is simply unacceptable. People need to start limiting their consumption of meat and adding more vegetables into their meals. I really do think its a good idea for black people to grow their own vegetables
