NIN/Trent Reznor already worked with Puffy back in the day:

Hip Hop and Rock has always been a marriage since the early days of Def Jam. Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit and Kid Rock made a career using the fusion. Also while we are on the topic of Rock/Rap I'll never understand Black People acting like a Rock Guitar is some foreign instrument. Black People created Rock Roll for crying out loud. This doesn't mean "Black Skinhead" is even good song but people shouldn't act so shocked a rapper is using a Rock sample or using guitars.

You must know my track record, I'm the most diverse poster on here. And, I see Trent Reznor like RZA: a GOAT producer. I was merely making a joke on how now that King Ye has dabbled with another sound like he did with electronica (Daft Punk) and alternative (Jon Brion), the rest of the rap sheeps with camel being the biggest one will follow.

Sidebar, I'm surprise Ye hasn't dabble into the Pet Shop Boys/synthpop field yet, because he would be a perfect fit in that genre :skip:

Kanye really stretches the definition of ''sampling''
