Man, coaches been pulling this shyt way before any of that existed. Those were introduced to try to give the players even a modicum fairness in the whole ordeal.

Yup. The timing and how he handled it is terrible. But him leaving isn’t a bad thing. He had 4 years left on his contract and he’s an average coach
The zoom thing is stupid to be upset about - it's 2025. Bet most the kids + staff not even all on campus to be trying schedule some in person meeting because "it's the right thing to do"

He' s not good enough of a coach to be a dikkhead. But MD needs to step its game up from a resource standpoint for the bball program. Locksley gets whatever the fukk he wants apparently on the football side. There's no reason the bball coach should feel like he's struggling to get the same. Especially since bball has historically been the main attraction.
