THE BULLS HARDLY EVER DOUBLE TEAM, SO DONT COMPARE WHAT YOU SAW THERE WITH THE BULLS.
IT WAS THE JORDAN RULES,
AND WHEN YOU HAVE TEAMMATES WHO CANT SCORE THE BALL OR PLAYING LIKE bytchES,
YOU EVENTUALLY HAVE TO STOP PASSING IT,
AND TRY TO MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN YOURSELF,
WHICH IS WHAT HE DID.
HE COULD HAVE MADE THE "RIGHT PLAY" AND JUST GAVE THE BALL UP EVERY TIME 2 OR MORE DEFENDERS GOT NEAR HIM...
WOULD THAT HAVE REALLY HELPED THE BULLS?
LATE IN GAME 5 THIBS MOVED EVERYBODY TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE COURT,
AND ROSE DROVE ON BRON & SCORED,
THEN DROVE ON HIM AND GOT FOULED...(MISSED CLUTCH FT)
IF HE USED THAT STRATEGY THE WHOLE SERIES THINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT,
BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HELP TO BAIL HIM OUT.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT TOP NOTCH D WHEN THEY FACED A TEAM WITH SHOOTERS THE VERY NEXT SERIES?

:evil

The Bulls most certainly collapse on defense to protect the paint on penetration. That's all that the Heat were doing to Rose. Lebron or Wade had him 1on1 ad they gave him different team looks when he went pick n roll. The Heat weren't doubling him unless they were blitzing the pick n roll.
That cracker written definition of the Jordan Rules aside, the Heat didnt apply any Jordan Rules to Rose. Again, a big part of the Jordan Rules was to beat Mike up physically. They intended to knock him down every time he tried to get to the paint. That shyt caused Mike to change his body. Rose didn't face that from the Heat. Obviously he was the main-man and primary focus of the Heat defense, but it wasn't the Jordan Rules.
I'm not really shytting on Rose, that loss to the Heat wasn't his fault. It is what it is though. He didn't always make the right decisions, his outside shot wasn't consistent, and Lebron was able to put the clamps on him in the crunch

He's still a great player.
