I'll be honest i liked everything about the film except nick fury, they basically turned him into a joke. Because of that, i have to rule it as non-canon.
The Black Widow movie will do him justice. And i believe it's confirmed that they are making that one.

I liked NF in this and the way that this leads into the Avengers like a prequel was perfect. He wasn't the problem, CM was.

I was disappointed with the whole cat thing. It's like they forgot they needed to write the patch origin in and just made the cat the cause.
