Is there any else out there who has researched religion and found they all have some kind of relationship/connectivity. With that in mind, anyone else think religions started off as one big thing then branched off to everything we have today? :patrice:

Religion has always been a tool of Colonialism

Wherever Colonialists went, be it Arabs, Romans, Europeans. They brought their Religion with them

You see with Religion... You can beat a man and convince him its for his own good. You can enslave a man because it is the "will of God"

Religion was the "War on Terror" of the past, a facade used as justification for the pillage, enslavement, genocide and ultimately colonization of a particular group of peoples.

That doesn't answer OPs question.

I believe Christianity is the best religion for the black person.

Islam is too new to be considered legitimate compared to Judaism and Christianity

I think the OP was speaking more along the lines of all spiritual beliefs being connected somehow, something I also agree with. Why does every post of yours have to do with slavery and colonialism? Calm down breh.

Lets just think now...

How many Slavery Films came out last year...

Is colonialism not still a vital part of western foreign policy...

Somehow I'm the one with the 'pre-meditated racial' hang up

You're trying to derail the thread into something else. You're so pro-african right, you could have brought up something about african spiritualism or whatever but instead you in here talking about colonialism and western foreign policy :patrice: you coming off mad forced

You're absolutely right and anyone who says otherwise doesn't understand religion.

Jews, Christians and Muslims all worship (the same) God but they worship Him differently. Religion is about practice and application and how the worshiper worships, but they are all believers.

:comeon: We don't need another Napoleon, friend. I'm sure everyone can read your posts fine without you being extra.

That said, religion existed way before colonialism. I'm afraid I'm going to have to call your claim absurd.

I'm convinced you misread my post, friend

Religion has always been a tool of Colonialism does not mean Colonialism birthed Religion. It means Religion has always been a practice of Colonialism
