yea but it seems like every former white player gets some job in the league. i know there are more black players than white, but i can't think of many former white player that aren't still working in the nba. it just seems like they get preferential treatment over what they should get given their percentage among nba players.

Black players make more money while playing, maybe its cause of that. Idk, just speculating. Seems some black players get into other businesses.
