I know everyone knows this, but it really sunk into me earlier when I was talking to some cats at work about Hall of Fame. One dude was talking about how it had no buzz but that's OK cause Sean is still young and barely tipping the ceiling of his "potential."

So I go online later and I think...got damn, that nikka 25...sure, he's young, but he's the same age Pac was when he died. You hear a bullshyt record like Hall of Fame and then realize that dude is the same age Pac was when he recorded The 7 Day Theory. That shyt don't even make any got damn sense. :mindblown:

Look at these ages:

Drake - 26
Kendrick - 26
Big Sean - 25
J. Cole - 26
A$AP Rocky - 24
Big KRIT - 27
Meek Millz - 26
French Montana - 28
Wale - 28
Action Bronson - 29
Future - 29
Danny Brown - 32
Pusha T - 36

When you really sit back and compare the music those cats are making, where they are in their careers and what their content touches on and you compare it to what Pac did before the age of 26 -- the records he made, the lyrics he wrote, the issues he touched on. :banderas:

He really was a gift from God :blessed:

Co-sign. Pac was a genius when it came to music and was way ahead of his time but decided he really had to do what he rapped about and look what it got him. Crazy really. And the craziest part is that dude didnt live that life at all before he made it big. Dude went from schools of performing arts to bein around real killers and thugs and wasnt really built for it. Think about this, where would Pac be right now if he never would have rapped and just became an actor?

jay released RD when he was 26

Eminem released the Slim Shady LP when he was 27. People looked at him as a young rebellious kid. 2Pac put out Me Against The World when he was 24 :bryan:

I think trouble is gonna find who it finds one way or the other. There are just as many actors who have died one way or the other over the years as there are rappers.

Bro, I just watched 2pac's "Thug Immortal" documentary and it really showed Pac's life in Marin City (a little bit of Oakland). When you look at it; New York molded up his arrogance, cockiness, and pride; Baltimore molded his creativity and poetic side; and Marin City/Oakland molded his tough, gritty, and wild side. nikka had all of those personalities into one. nikkas in Marin City in that documentary were saying that he was always talking back and fighting nikkas and showing that "New York" side of him and he got beaten up sometimes but he never backed down. He finally beat one of these guys up (ended up being his homie) then he got respected and earned his stripes. That documentary had way more detailed shyt about Pac being wild and always fighting with people, disrespecting cops etc. He did live that life but he embodied that shyt to the fullest. That's one of those things that made Pac destined for death.

LL went platinum when he was 17 and had multiple platinum albums by age 25 and so did Nas,Rakim dropped paid in full when he was 19

Other rappers have accomplished just as much if not more than tupac by age 25 they lived to enjoy their success instead of becoming martyrs.Fukk is wrong with you nikkas
