:mjlol: @ any grown ass man calling himself a sneakerhead.

I remember back in the 90's & early 00's. Being able to buy any Jordan's, Penny's, and Iverson's I wanted. :mjcry:

shyt but 18k seems like a shyt load for sneakers. If they were a pair of zegnas i got u but js made in a factory in indonesia by a twelve year old missing her thumb seems off. Whatever floats ur boat i guess
They aren't worth 18k. Realistically speaking, this nikka I'm selling to is about to get got in the worst way. The actual worth is like 400 for everything. Then if you're looking at it for retail it's about 4k maybe. 18k is horrible for sneakers, and he thinks this is a steal :mjlol: I told him 20' he said he had 18, I said that's fine, and he said"wow word man? Good looking out" :heh:

I told nikkas I just sold two pair of Yeezys for 8k. When in reality they cost about 20 dollars to make.

That's America for you though, right?

I'm selling my collection to a buyer in Midtown tomorrow for 18k to put towards my car down payment.

And I'm sitting here thinking about it, like the shoe game is fukking gross now. Raffles and Camping and all this other bullshyt. nikkas rioting over Jays and shyt.

I started thinking to myself like man :patrice: when did it get this bad? And then it hit me :dwillhuh:

CACS :mjlol:

Back in the day, white people didn't wear Jays and shyt. In fact, they use to joke on nikkas for spending so much bread on kicks. 'You spent 180 on sneakers
download
"

Then in 2009 or so, Space Jam 11s dropped and the social media aged started and all of a sudden white people started fukking with Jays :scust:

I was thinking back to when I went to first Nyc sneaker con in 2009. And no lie, there were BARELY any White folks. It was mostly blacks, Asians and Latinos. I might have seen 3 white people that whole day.

And as soon as these people caught wind of Jays and Nikes, the whole cultures got ruined. The quality is lower than ever, I noticed it when those Flu Games dropped in 2010 or late 2009, and the quality was :scusthov: and they still sold out.

There was even a point in time where the flight club in NYC was a hidden gem. Before they merged the stores on Broadway. You could go in there and it wouldn't be packed. Just a hidden gem among real sneakerheads. Now? shyt is a hipster haven.

There is no more sneaker culture. I know this seems trivial as fukk, but you gotta understand that this was a part of my childhood :wow:

White people wearing Tims and Jays now just makes me throw up. Nothing is sacred :scust:

So I'm bowing out of the game. Every time these people touch something it gets ruined :scust:

You can't blame cacs bruh....and if you were doing this in the 90's like my self...you would know the cacs were always lined up....it's the Asians that fukked it up....there were never any asians that use to line up and wait and now they are all over that shyt....well their people make the shoes so I guess it's only right....:lolbron:.....

I saw a nikka cop 2 pair of cool grey 11s for retail. Came out of the store and said he was reselling for 350 :heh:

No shame.

Fukked up thing is it's a legit hustle.

Now I just buy Kobes just to hoop in, have you seen the last couple years of the AJ signature releases? :mjlol: It's like they just said fukk it cuz of all the money coming in strictly from retros.

The concord and bred 11's came out my senior year in high school. And it wasn't a hassle to buy them. It was just than a lot of people couldn't afford retail.

Another thing I notice is these sneaker companies have failed when it comes to new designs. With the exception of Lebron and KD there are no decent sneakers coming out. The 80's and 90's had the flyest kicks so all they can do is recycle the old shyt. I just get :mjpls: when a 19 year old tries to school nikkas on Jordan's that originally came out when he wasn't even sperm in his daddy's but sack.

Naw, people used to always line up for Jordan's in the 90's. Which was asinine because it was always a large amount in stock unlike now of days. :mindblown:

And you live in NY? I remember lining up for the fire red 5s back in 06. Granted the lines weren't very big, but my local spot only had like 3-4 pairs of each size and it was first come first serve. None of that new raffling bullshyt like nowadays

Man I be wanting to slap these kids. Commenting about the wrapper and box :dahell: I just wanna see how they look on feet and even that they don't do.
