Term seems to be some kind of hybrid between versatile and aesthetic with no regard for efficiency :yeshrug:
That's why they typically come off the bench to lead the 2nd unit, like Mark Aguirre (the microwave) with the Bad Boys Pistons.

It's just based on versatility and skillset

Keep in mind that a lot of terms came before nerds entered the games culture

Efficiency correlates to wins a lot more than shot attempts does.
Ok true.

Most of the guys in the last 30 years who have been labeled the best pure scores have won a lot of games. Kobe, Jordan, Dirk, people forget the Hawks were good with Nique in the late 80s, carter, iverson, and T-Mac almost always made the playoffs

KD, Harden and Curry are three best scorers in the league.

And at no point in his career has Melo been as good a scorer as KD. KD averages more points at a much higher clip of efficiency.

I like Melo but it is what it is. KD is the best scorer of our time :manny:
