at almond, soy anything... That shyt be either to thick or to watery. Whole milk 
. My girl had some eggs and was go try to convince me they was still good when they expired the first week of October. "I just had some this morning"

put eggs in cold water, way above their height.. if they float, throw them out
my girl grew up on a farm.. there's little tricks to all food to tell when it's really bad.. that date is usually the latest the can legally sell it.. if it says "best by" that's the manufacturers telling you when it'll get stale.. i think dairy and meats and anything that can get you sick is USDA and says "sell by"
