The current squad is trash as well. Why should D. Howard stay and rot away?

They aint winning with Kobe off an injury and Gasol. And when Kobe retires they might be irrelevant again. Then lets say after 5 years they snag a Jabari Parker or Julius Randle. They still fighting against an experienced GSW at the very least (no telling what happens to the Thunder in a couple years).

Cause he's earned that right and they gave it to him during contract negotiations. If the the team didn't want to give it to him then they could they could have said no and walked away. Dwight had every right to walk away and im not mad about that. I knew he wasn't gonna stay after his first press conference.
