I love Yeaah Baby, never got the issues with it personally. Some less hardcore tracks but I didn't mind, he still had super hardcore shyt on that album.

One of the first albums I copped, still gets play to this day, classic album, "Beware" was crazy dope.

This joint right here as well, RZA on the beat, and prime Prodigy and Deck on the feature.

For some reason I never even bothered to check Yeaah Baby though, is it worth it?

i refuse to conform
Now should I slit my wrists, go for it all or call it quits
Picture me taking my life, leaving my wife and my daughter shyt
Wish I could slip back, and switch the memories
Lift the felonies from my record I respected my enemies
Live like the Kennedy's, above the law, fukk em all
I'm coming for the rich thieving em even if I wasn't poor
I seen it all like I said before
The streets are for men at war and the beasts are the predators
I shed it all first ?and beat a prob every source?
Of course, I bury any adversary tryin to floss
Just because, the reason I leave em lost in the sauce
Teein off like we up North just for bein soft
A beaten horse like a slave gettin minimum wage
Fillin the gauge, front page, these are the last days
Cash pays, and rules - the root of all evil
Shootin amigos for lootin perrico pollutin our people
Movin kilos like it's all good, through every ghetto
I ain't judgin, but buggin how we floss so many levels
The devil's got us by the balls, that's why the law allows
the drugs to overflood, knowin we gonna buy it all
It's time to call a world order where every girl's your daughter
and priceless as ices and pearls fresh out the water
I'm gonna get mine, either from crime, or through the bible
Whichever way, you better pay, I'm feelin suicidal

What's amazing about this album is it came out right as I was about to graduate High School. I bumped it liked crazy. I still have the same CD and it scratched up and has a small crack in it. I was bumping this a few weeks ago and I literally couldn't skip a single song. Sure he had a lot of skits but every song on this is Fire. The Collaborations enhance the album. But Pun held his own against some heavyweights and he was the rookie.

Just the way the album starts with the "Fresh" movie sample with the kids talking about comic books. That scene was like the perfect intro. Then it goes into "Beware" which was so hard. Just so many amazing songs. Even the Dead Prez interlude which had Pun singing was dope. Anyways I can never get over this album. It's amazing cause he put both "I'm not a Player" and the remix on the album cause both songs are classic. 5 Mics. Yes Pun is a Legend off the strength of this album. Also Yes Yeah Baby was uneven but Pun was spitting. He murdered that "Leather face" joint. Also the production on this was crazy. This is just a Classic Masterpiece Hip Hop LP. It aged like fine wine. Pun is the man and will forever have my respect as a emcee cause of this album.
