Memphis
Memphis Grizzlies :why:

2002 Drew Gooden when Amare was still on the board..Gooden is traded before the deadline that same season.

2008 :scusthov: Trading Love for OJ Mayo. At the time I was :bryan: but looking at it now..that was awful.

2009 HASHEEM THABEET when he never looked like a promising pro and we had Gasol coming off a breakout season. Harden, Rubio and plenty of other players still there.

2010 Greivis Vasquez, Xavier Henry and Dominique Jones in the first round, I pretty much forgot about this draft completely. None of those guys are in Memphis anymore and Vasquez clutch three in the Spurs Triple OT Playoff game is the only thing worth noting from that bunch. Avery Bradley and Eric Bledsoe were on the board for at least one of our picks I think.

Basically the Grizzlies have been one of the worst drafting teams the past 10 years or so. The only ones I can give them a pass on is 2001 (Gasol/Battier), 2005 (Trading for Gay) and 2007 (Conley). All the other years have been tragic. A few trades have bailed us out (Marc Gasol not being a scrub throw in, the Zbo for Darko trade) so I can't complain too much.

The Bengals are the only team that passed on Moss twice the year he was drafted.

Drafted Takeo Spikes and Brian Simmons instead. Went into 1998 with a WR corps consisting of David Dunn, Damon Gibson, James Hundon, Willie Jackson, Carl Pickens, Darnay Scott & Stepfret Williams.

Nevermind.....looking back I guess they didn't need Randy Moss with all that talent @ WR. :stopitslime:

The bulls drafting eddy curry and tyson chandler in the same draft. smh at putting the franchise in the hands of two high school kids. not a bright idea. but hey, they both have rings now

I understand that about Pickens....but going into 98 he was already on his last legs. He had 82 catches for just over 1,000 yards that year but would only last 2 more years in the league after than...only one more in cincy.
