only a few tracks i'd listen to again.

that song with kanye is amazing though

:heh: at him using the same beat 2 singles/albums in a row. I still like the single though.

I played the hell out if it when it came out, but haven't felt compelled to listen to the whole thing in a while. Definitely prefer Untitled and Life is Good. Hold Down The Block is still my shyt, though.

I'd say it was 3.5/5 album for me. This album had some standouts, which was the latter half of the album. "Money Over BS" was a nice start to the album and I even like "You Can't Kill Me". "Still Dreamin", "Let There Be Light", "Hustlers", "Hope", "Black Republicans", "Hold Down The Block", and even "Not Going Back" are the other songs I really like from the album.

Some of the production was lazy and boring. Nas sounds uninspired on some songs. I felt that "Who Killed It" was a key song on the album that was ruined by execution or lack thereof. There's nothing on the album IMO that would make a Nas "Best of". "Money Over BS" and "Black Republicans" are the only songs on it that come close.

My least favorite Nas album...Worse than Nastradamus to me....

I've been saying that too. At best it's mediocre. Nastradamus was awful in parts but at least you brilliant parts like Project Windows. HHID is meh pretty much front to back. No way this is 4 mics and I'm a huge nas fan.
