Actually that belongs to the Bay Area and NY, and NJ that have the biggest Indian populations in the country. Chicago has nothing on those places.

They do that in NY because the sh*t greasy cheese they use is cheaper than the meat. In general NY is all about stretching the dollar, and Chicago is about quality food. Every cotdamn person in NY is a hustler, from the waiter, to the restaurant owner, that's why in NY you gotta watch everything, because for more margin trust these nikkaz will put flavored putty in your pizza, they give 0 f*cks
