I get them here and there because I dont drink water at all and also because of kidney problems
It doesn't burn when I piss tho
For me it just makes feel like I gotta piss all the time and my piss a dark yellow color and it stinks real bad

I had to take those cranberry pills and drink cranberry juice until I could see a doctor....I could be genetically prone to them because my mom gets them all the time even though I only had it once

i had the sypmtons for one once. shyt was horrible . but i drunk like 5 litres of water in an hour and flushed it out.
can they go away on their own? i think i had one... that shyt was terrible for a few days but I couldn't get to the doctor. now I'm straight but I got an appt Friday.

I had a kidney infection.... felt like i was getting stabbed repeatedly.. couldn't hold own any food/liquids.. fever like a bytch. with chills .. plus i had to walk up 20 flights of stair because my dorm elevators were broken.. worst week of my life 
I porked a chick raw and didnt piss afterwards as I usually do.....that shyt was pretty painful. Luckily she got me some omixcylin(sp) from her work and I was good in 2 days.
