Come to think of it, almost literally every album I can think of mentioning was handled by one producer. A few others that stand out to me:

Dr. Octagon - Dr. Octagonecologyst (Producer credit: Dan The Automator)
Madvillain - Madvillainy (Producer credit: Madlib)
DJ Quik - Rhythm-Al-Ism (Producer credit: DJ Quik)
Clipse - Hell Hath No Fury (Producer credit: Neptunes)
OutKast - Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik (Producer credit: Organized Noize)
Project Pat - Mistah Don't Play (Producer credit: DJ Paul)

It's very rare to hear an album really come together on the production side that's handled by more than 3 producers. TM101 is one of the only ones I can think of.

Too $hort is lowkey one of the greatest producers in the game who never got the credit he deserved. He self-produced the bulk of his first 5 albums including this one:

Easily one of the best-produced records in the genre, this helped define the West Coast sound. On top of that, it STILL slaps 28 years later. Classic
