They're both pretty much top-tier offensive specialists.

Harden is a better slasher, more athletic, stronger, and he puts absurd pressure on defenses because he's an unbelievably tricky ball handler.

Curry is a much better shooter, more creative ball handler, and he puts absurd pressure on perimeter defenders because he can hit off the dribble shots but he can also finish around the rim much better.

They're both great passers. Harden is a better playmaker out of the PnR but Curry is more dangerous passer in transition. Its pretty much a wash.

I don't think Curry would look as good on the Rockets as Harden would on the Warriors though. I'd give Curry the nod though. GOAT 3 point shooter plus great playmaking ability from a scoring and passing mindset is awesome.
