JMU was a top 5 squad in the FCS. Howard won 4 games in the last three seasons combined in a weak FCS conference. Just for thought, this team literally was almost forfeited due to the BC game last year.
Howard is one of the least funded MEAC/SWAC schools for sports. Maybe the Under Armour deal gave them some money for better sports.
