stoned driving being less dangerous than driving after a 12 pack of beer isnt equivalent to it not being dangerous. but let you clowns tell it that theres no risk to it

there's risk in EVERYTHING you wanna put it that way.

little tired? risk. really tired and driving? huge risk (worse than alcohol). check your phone to see a text? risk. playing with the radio while driving? risk. going 3 mph over the speed limit? risk. tires a little under pressure? risk.

getting in a car period is risky.

Did he fail the sobriety test?

If so, he was impaired and deserves the punishment. If not why was he arrested? How do you determine if someone is high?

probably the 20 grams of weed in the car.

i think the report said he was going to get his blood drawn.. he definitely failed that.

plus he admitted to smoking and owning the bud :snoop:

Weed in the car wouldn't warrant a dwi tho.

Weed can stay in the blood for a long time after being high, so what I'm asking is what determines impairment? We know it's 0.15 BAC for alcohol, what is it for weed?
