can anyone honestly says there's a noticeable difference in >$1500 super high end tv's and an $800 tv

i just went into video/audio center around me today and they all look basically the same

some have marginally better color, but thats about it

better refresh rate is nice

not worth an extra $1000 doe

im not trying to hate but it imho new television technology is not worth the money

it's not like a computer where that extra money is going to something noticeable (processing power, hdd space, cooler running parts, touch integration, etc)

but get it how you live playa if i had the money i'd be wasting it all on new tech student life
