I get worried sometimes at barbershops only cause we can hate each other for no reason other than systemic ish and lowkey your vulnerable at the hands of any barber. That’s why we refer to barber/client as a relationship and not a business transaction. Im late to the thread but there are two things i wanna hit on about blk barbershops

Most barbers have to pay for their booth/cutting on the side and are about making as much as possible. They not turning down paying customers. They cut kids, special needs folks and gays. They are about that money.

Also, barbershops might be one of the few black businesses where most of the owners are working side by side with the staff at all times. They will check the other barbers for cussing in front of women and kids, and surely wont let them kick out someone just waiting for a cut. Dude is lying
