I was gonna respond about how Huey Newton was pro-Gay, the need for Black and only Black LGBTQs to be heard but where do you live OP? Depending on where you are it can't be hard to find LGBTQ friends.

Nutting but rage and STRESS. It's more my issues, but the election results just made things worst. I can feel my issues coming on, like I feel them on me.

I'm like the girl who doesn't have female friends. I live in NYC, but don't hang in the gay areas (mainly because on the weekends it just not worth the travel when they change subway routes).

I've been busy trying to get my life together after being homeless, and the help came from the straight black community, so that's who I stay near as I find stability.

To be honest I was abstaining from sex for a year, and thank god I wasn't chilling with any gay dudes, I would have been in trouble. I do think it's time to address my sexuality with a professional and confidant. When I first came out, nobody believed me but my parents. And the gay latino and black men who were my "friends" were only around me for sex and they gossip. I am almost perfect without gossiping, and sex is only and issue when it's with a stranger. I don't hook up with strangers anymore, and some fo the gay men I met past year were still have random sex in public places, so I stood away. I'm not judging, but I don't wnt to go to self-destrcutiv behavior.

I think I get what OP is trying to say. Its all about that ultimate status. White male heterosexuality is the ultimate status in a white supremacist, patriarchal society. Most won't be willing to admit it, but few really want to end the patriarchy, or white supremacy. Most wouldn't be able to function outside of these systems, and secretly wish to obtain that ultimate status within them. We saw that with this election where you had white women voting in the interest of their own white privilege instead of their rights. We see it with self hating gays, and self hating black people. People internalize that hate in an effort to achieve that ultimate status.

I was just looking at an self-hate meditations before dinner. Was thinking I call people fakkits way too often (straight or gay). And i don't like ex-cons.

I'm just thinking positive. Not giving into to fear or hatred.

About to spend time with some working class whites who live in the North Bronx. Not for fun or enjoyment, but because I have to.

Thinking of the good times, when our greatest worry was if Walmart ha Pattie Labelle pies in stock.
