A lot of white fans don't like Kanye because he went from a "nice," "safe" rapper talking about struggling, trying to make it, etc to his current arrogant shtick. I'm not the first to call out the racial angle but he's too uppity for them now. As a black man I respect and appreciate his evolution as he has become more successful.

Edit - this is why so many of these white fans say "I loved College Dropout, but..."
nikka most of Kanye's white fans came with Graduation and MBDTF, those albums were him chasing the respect and admiration of cacs.

Kanye a great producer (but not top 10 GOAT), his rapping ability falls anywhere between great and terrible at any given time. His antics outside of the music have done more for his current image and fame than his actual talent.

Sorry, Kanye's stans

I don't even have to reply to the next bit cause I see somebody has already disproven you, and you admitted you are just talking bullshyt to try get under my skin, which you don't, I just think you are a pathetic p*ssyhole, and don't respect nothing your hoe ass dikksucker mouth says.

:rudy:

At no point was that man ever a great rapper. Even when Consequence was allegedly writing his rhymes.

How is it regression, because he's rapping on a modern rap beat lol
Because it's a formulaic, generic 'turn up' song you expect from artists of French Montana's caliber (no surprise that Ye actually jacked his producer for this either) not a self proclaimed genius. Because he's making more immature music as a man close to 40 then when he was in his mid 20's.

He putting on UK Grime artists. not many american rappers are doing that. besides, one regular song off an album we havent heard does not mean he is regressing.
:mjlol: Them nikkas was stage props. When he's producing/signing/collaborating said artists, you know actually doing something for their career's and not merely using them like Miley Cyrus used black women at the VMA's then you can lay claim to him putting them on.

Through the wire, Diamonds are forever, Stronger, Love Lockdown, Runaway, New Slaves...All day. Spot the weak, immature, generic track. Yes b, REGRESSION. And within a wider context of his decline in recent years it's an even more damning indictment of his regression.

I'd have to hear the whole project in order to call it regression.
Last sentence is for you too.

What's wrong with that, all music is formlamatic

He did "Put On" and Go Hard before that, and this song sounds nothing like that

turning up is apart of hip hop
