The point is that they aren't playing any kind of competition at all, you can't get drafted playing these teams.

If he was up against the likes of panathinaikos or Real Madrid and putting up numbers and playing well it would be impressive and he'd get drafted, but he's playing for some no mark team in Lithuania in exhibition games against nobodies. If his last name wasn't ball no one would even know who he was.
